If you are coming by car: Meet up between 8:00 and 8:30 a.m. (If you would like to come in the afternoon, please meet by 12:30 noon at the latest) If you are coming by bus: Meet at 8:00 AM or 9:00 AM Please take the bus that arrives. (If you would like to go in the afternoon, please come by bus that arrives at 11:00 or 12:00 at the latest) *The time to enter Nageire-do is set from 8:00 to 15:00. Please arrive no later than 12:00 to be able to start.

• Clothing/Belongings: Please bring shoes with sturdy soles, such as mountain climbing shoes or trekking shoes. Wear clothes that are easy to exercise in. Walking sticks such as trekking poles cannot be used when climbing the mountain. You will have to leave it at the reception. *Your feet will be checked at the entrance reception desk. If it is determined that you are not suitable for climbing the mountain, you will have to purchase straw sandals at the reception desk and wear them before climbing the mountain.
